A little PROGIN, delivered to your door. Here is the essential information about shipping our chocolates and truffles.

What we ship

These shipping terms apply to chocolate and truffle products offered for shipping in our online shop. Fresh products from our café and pâtisserie are ordered through Uber Eats; the delivery areas, times and charges shown there apply to those orders.

Shipping charges

The shipping options available for your address and the exact shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Eligibility for free shipping within Switzerland is based on the value of the goods after discounts. This offer applies exclusively to delivery addresses in Switzerland.

For international shipments up to 2 kg, including packaging, shipping costs CHF 36, 40, 42, 49, 53 or 58, depending on the shipping zone. The rate for your order is displayed at checkout. For international shipments over 2 kg, please contact order@progin1961.com before ordering so that we can discuss shipping options and costs with you.

Destinations and shipping services

We ship to many countries and regions, subject to the destination’s shipping and import requirements. Restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations. If you have a question about your destination, please contact us before ordering.

Our standard international shipping service is PostPac International. Shipping with DHL or FedEx is available only by prior arrangement.

Processing and delivery time

For available chocolate and truffle products, processing takes 1–3 working days from receipt of your order until it is handed over to the carrier.

Carrier transit time is additional. It depends on the shipping service, destination and, where applicable, customs clearance. If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us in advance.

Customs and imports

International deliveries may incur customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, depending on the destination country. Where these are not already shown and collected when you order, they may be charged separately by the authorities or the carrier. Please check the information displayed at checkout.

Receiving your order

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and, where possible, arrange for your parcel to be received promptly after delivery. Chocolate is sensitive to temperature and should be protected from direct sunlight and heat once it arrives.

If your shipment is damaged, incomplete or has not arrived, please contact order@progin1961.com as soon as possible. Your order number and, if available, photos of the packaging and affected products will help us look into the matter.
